Basics on csrd-implementation

On March 18th the latest European Supply Chain Forum (ESCF) event took place regarding the process of actual CSRD-implementation. In view of the recent Omnibus Package Proposal of the European Commission, don’t consider CSRD only from the perspective of compliance.

CSRD or the ‘lighter’ voluntary standard (VSME) should also be implemented from the perspective of strategic value creation: guidance to incorporate ESG-related risks and opportunities into corporate strategy and reporting.
